Mats XC 2016

As the track season winds down, it is time to start thinking about cross country again. There will be an informational meeting tomorrow, May 11th, in room 223 at lunch. We will talk about summer running and running camp as well as answer any questions that new or veteran runners might have. The season promises to be another exciting one and the more we prepare, the more exciting it will be. Bring all of your friends who might be or are definitely thinking about running in the fall.

Parents – uploaded in the documents section are the forms for cross country camp. I would like to have as many forms as possible turned in before the end of the school year. If you have any questions, email or call me. Forms will be available at the meeting as well.

Directions to Hayward High School

Posted by Brian Henderson at Oct 16, 2015 4:03PM PDT ( 0 Comments )

These are probably the most efficient/effective directions to get to the Mariner Invitational:

From Orinda, take 24 West thru the Caldecott. Take the 13 South until it merges onto 580 East. Take 580 to the 238/Foothill Blvd exit. Stay to the left on the exit to head onto Foothill Blvd. Take Foothill until you get to Civic Center Dr. It will be just after the Safeway shopping area on the left. Make a left on Civic Center Dr and then an immediate right on 2nd St. Follow 2nd until just past All Saints Catholic Church. Make a left on E St. About 1/4 mile up the road you come to a fork – continue on to the right which turns into East Ave. The school is on the right another 1/4 mile up the road.

The race schedule for the Scott Bauhs Invitational this Saturday at Shadow Cliffs Regional Park in Pleasanton has been revised. The Frosh and Soph girls races have been combined as have the junior and senior girls races. As a result all races will start before 12 pm. Remember to arrive about 2 hrs ahead of race time (1 1/2 if in the first race or two).

Revised Schedule:

9 :00 Freshmen Boys
9:35 Frosh/Soph Girls
10:10 Sophomore Boys
10:45 Junior Boys
11:20 Junior/Senior Girls
11:55 Senior Boys
