Center Meet #1 Results
It was almost perfect conditions at Hidden Valley Park yesterday. The Matadors represented well with all levels putting forth their best race effort to date. From freshmen to senior and from beginners to veterans, we raced harder than we have all year. Let’s keep that rolling and make it the norm the rest of the way.

This will be one of those busy weeks with our first DFAL center meet on Wednesday and an invitational on Saturday.
The meet Wednesday will be at Hidden Valley Park (Martinez/Pleasant Hill) which is the same venue as the Ed Sias Invite from a couple weeks ago. The order of races is as follows with the first race at 3:30 pm:

Saturday’s meet, the Scott Bauhs Invite is at Shadow Cliffs Regional Park (Pleasanton). The time schedule is below. Races are grade level just like at the Monte Vista Invite and everyone gets a chance to race 3 miles. This venue is also the location of our second center meet on Oct. 28.

Parking will be $6 per car and there is only one lane of traffic going in. Plan on getting to the park at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs ahead of your race time.
