Congratulations to our super XC runners of the week! This week’s stars are seniors Cole Wirtz and Georgia Roden, along with sophomore Arden Creson and freshman Tommy Brovelli (not available for photo).

We had a great tday at the Scott Bauhs Invitational on Saturday. Everyone ran 2.95 miles in the Shadow Cliffs course (which will be the location of our second league meet on Oct. 29th).

Not only did we earn top honors, but we had several runners make their way on the record list! See below for full results link and attached record list.

Yesterday kicked off our first of 3 league meets. The 90-degree heat was tough to race in, but the good news is that it is highly likely that it won’t be 90 degrees when we race at Hidden Valley again on 11/8!

Next race is this Saturday, 10/4, at Shadow Cliffs in Pleasanton. This race is by grade and everyone runs the almost 3-mile course (2.93m). There will be one bus departing the Miramonte bus circle at 7:15am. Be there by 7am, and don’t forget your racing items as well as water and snacks.

The Farmer’s Invitational was a time to shine and Miramonte did just that at Hayward High School, home of the North Coast Section state qualifier. Miramonte participated in seven races, with one group of JV boys running the 3-mile course (NCS course) as well as both varsity teams running the 3-mile course. All other races were 2 miles.
The day started out with our freshman girls (3) setting the pace for what ended up to be a fast meet for Miramonte!
