Great job at Ed Sias! It was a beautiful day at the re-designed Hidden Valley Park in Martinez. Dealing with the elements such a 90+ degrees is key, as is warming up and cooling down after your race. As a team, we will continue to focus on these things, including hydration and nutrition.
Here is how Miramonte came in for the scored divisions. These were the “limited” races that allowed a maximum of 7 runners and unlimited races that had more than 7 runners per team.
